Transfers between joint owners.

Freehold property subject to mortgage                       -           £250 -- £400

Leasehold property subject to mortgage                     -           £500 -- £750

Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns £50 plus VAT on each transaction.

Please note that the transfer of equity transaction is quoted for conveyancing work only and not for any domestic or matrimonial negotiations or "tying up loose ends".

The quote is  give on the basis that the mortgagees have already granted their consent before instructions are received by us.

Assignments of associated mortgage endowment policies are charged at £100

Any additional work will be charged at normal hourly rates and all quotations are subject to VAT.
